P.I.V.O.T. Projects was birthed out of my own career pivot. I wanted a place where I could combine my professional skill set of psychology, counseling, facilitation and training, with meaningful passion projects…So I created one!

 

P.I.V.O.T Projects is a Limited Liability Company whose mission is to provide an honest outlet for education, training and consultation around bias, self-awareness and relational development, for the sole purpose of growth and productive change.

 

I am equally passionate about self-improvement and relational development as I am about ending the negative impact of systemic racism, so this umbrella company was created as an outlet to serve the needs of these seemingly unrelated interests in one place.

 

I have always understood that we are all so much more alike than we are different, and the human experience is our greatest commonality. And in this, I have found that tackling the areas of bias, self-awareness and our overall relational connection with one another, are also shared experiences present in every aspect of life, both personal and professional.

 

As a result, every “project” will address some aspect of one of more of these areas.
